What
type of runner are you?
There are 3 stages of a running stride.
Stage 1 is the strike, the first thing to hit the floor
is the outside of your heel this is where the majority
of impact and shock are created. Stage 2 the transition
from your heel to your forefoot the contact with the
floor should transfer from the outside of your heel to
the centre to inside of your forefoot, this is the
stability part. Stage 3 is the takeoff, this should come
from the inside of your forefoot, this is the
flexibility part of the shoe. All of these processes
together are called your running gait.
